Use ApplySpec as a preparation aid. Review your files and the current official instructions before submitting an application.
What the tools provide
The tools process selected files locally or calculate from entered dates. They do not submit applications, verify identity or replace an authority's application process. You choose what to download and submit; keep your originals and inspect the output.
Limits of checks
Automated checks cover only the measurable properties listed. They cannot establish authenticity, readability in every context, compliance with every instruction or acceptance by a portal. The age calculator provides arithmetic, not an eligible or ineligible decision.
Official instructions take priority
Verify the applicable cycle, dates and requirements with the accepting organisation. Sources can change or conflict. ApplySpec is not affiliated with a government body, exam authority, bank or university and offers no acceptance or eligibility guarantee.
Availability and local processing
Browser support, memory and file limits can affect results. The service may change or be unavailable; do not rely on it as your only way to meet a deadline. Application files are not uploaded or retained by ApplySpec. Downloads you save remain on your device. The Privacy page explains ordinary website hosting requests.
